welcome steve have fun reading through the endless posts on the gal and i sure you will be able to fix yours up without costing an arm and a leg,there are some extremely knowledgeable people who have posted answers to the questions you will be looking for.

Hi Steve ...... A Jenson Healey hey? ..... wow you dont see many of them around these days. Just a quick welcome from me mate and hope you get the Gal sorted. Rear shocks shouldnt be much of a problem mate .... anyway, loadsa good people on here who will be more than willing to point you in the right direction.

Thanks everyone, just as I expected like the Jensen owners club forum, people willing to help out.

Rear shocks don't look too hard as you say but I've been told the front are a bit of a pig.

For anyone that doesn't know, Jensen Healey is the small lotus engined sports car (couldn't afford to run the big Intercepters).

What do you think of the Galaxy CD's available on ebay?

nope thats an interceptor, IIRC the first production car with 4wd abs and traction control :16:

and the next time you watch the ad look out in the scene where he runs through the trees and see if you can spot the least wooden actor in the camera shot?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

yep if you look closely the third pine on the left is the better actor and out shone vinny in this scene ;)

Hi again, for anyone that is interested in my M.O.T. failure this is the conclusion.

Took the car to another mechanic who put it through another M.O.T. at a different garage. It only failed on rear shocks. Total cost including M.O.T. and service was
